Tooling Creation: A precise metal mold is crafted to form wax patterns of your part.

Wax Pattern Injection: Wax is injected into the mold to create a replica of the final component.

Assembly: Multiple wax patterns are assembled onto a central "tree" to form a cluster.

Shell Building: The cluster is repeatedly dipped in a ceramic slurry and stuccoed with refractory sand, building a robust, multi-layer mold.

Dewaxing & Firing: The wax is melted out in a high-pressure autoclave, leaving a hollow ceramic shell, which is then fired to achieve ultimate strength.

Pouring & Solidification: Molten metal is poured into the preheated shell and allowed to solidify.

Shell Removal & Cut-Off: The ceramic shell is broken away, and individual castings are cut from the tree.
