3. Pre-treatment (Plasma Etching): A high-energy vacuum cleanse to guarantee superior coating adhesion.

4. PVD Coating (Sputtering/Arc Evaporation): In a state-of-the-art vacuum chamber, target materials (e.g., Titanium, Zirconium) are vaporized and deposited atom-by-atom onto the components, creating ultra-thin, ultra-hard layers of brilliant color (Rose Gold, Black Chrome, Gunmetal, etc.).

5. Post-treatment (Optional): Application of protective top coats for enhanced resistance.
