Our Detailed Process & Post-Processing:

1. Tooling: Create a precise mold for wax patterns.

2. Wax Injection: Form duplicate wax replicas of your part.

3. Assembly: Mount wax patterns onto a tree.

4. Shell Building: Repeatedly coat the assembly in ceramic slurry and stucco to build a robust mold.

5. Dewax & Firing: Melt out the wax and fire the ceramic shell to create a hardened mold.

6. Casting: Pour molten 316L stainless steel into the preheated shell.

7. Cooling & Knock-Off: Break away the ceramic shell to reveal the raw casting tree.

8. Post-Processing: Cut parts from the tree and apply finishing (e.g., grinding, polishing, heat treatment, passivation, machining per your prints).
