Our End-to-End Process:

• Manufacturing: We begin with premium aluminum alloys, utilizing closed-die forging under immense pressure to align the grain flow with your part's geometry. This creates a superior microstructure, eliminating porosity and delivering exceptional mechanical properties, impact resistance, and fatigue life far beyond cast or machined billet alternatives.

• Post-Processing: Every forging undergoes precise T6 Heat Treatment (Solution Heat Treating and Artificial Aging) to achieve its full strength potential. We then employ advanced 5-Axis CNC Machining to achieve critical tolerals and finished dimensions. Secondary processes include shot blasting, vibratory finishing, anodizing, chromate conversion coating, powder coating, and packaging per your specifications.

• Quality & Delivery: Quality is engineered into every step. We are compliant with IATF 16949 standards, utilizing CMM inspection, optical comparators, and full material traceability (including mill certs) with every shipment.
